Date of Incident: 03/15/2019 15:52 Description of incident: Officer Wells pulled over a car for driving too slowly. The car was driven by Ms. Ashley Williams, age 53, an African-American woman. She was repeatedly asked whether she was driving impaired, which she denied. After the officer determined that she was sober, Ms. Williams was then allowed to leave.
